*Natural Disaster Policy:* In the event of natural disasters, deposits are non-refundable; however, customers may receive a credit valid for up to one year from the date of the deposit.
*Customer Cancellations:*
• Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to the scheduled service will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the service will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
• No refunds will be issued for no-shows or cancellations made on the day of the service.
*Company Cancellations:* We reserve the right to cancel any tour or service due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, safety concerns, or insufficient participant numbers. In such cases, a full refund or alternative arrangements will be provided.
